Happy Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year from Hong Kong! It is so amazing to be in Asia to celebrate and witness the festivities of Chinese New Year. So many new traditions and customs, and they are all so beautiful. These pictures were taken at the shopping centre near my university and they have the prettiest decorations everywhere. All public places and also every person takes so much pride in their culture and the celebrations during this Lunar Year, its amazing to witness. 

We are about to watch the Chinese New Year Parade and tomorrow we are also going to see the Fireworks and the Light Show in the Harbour, which I am very excited for!

I feel so fortunate to be in Hong Kong and see all the amazingness of a new culture and customs.
